Hair extension sales

Please am new to this forum,but I will be grateful if anyone can direct me to how best I can start a business of selling ladies hair extensions and how to get some suppliers here in UK. I do actually only sell to those that I know by buying from friends with just peanut profit in it after sales and recently I just have interest in expanding myself to general public by selling online, having my own shop etc. I have went round many places to see if anyone can give me clue as friends doesn't help.
Plan so far are as follows.
1,Make business card
2,Intend to create website
3,Small storage at home.
4,Little capital to start.
5,No clue on supplier and most demand hair extension in UK for both

Anyone on hear please help if you have an information for me. Thank you all.

My wife's come from Russia. The guy that fits them has an excellent business, and apparently tends to use Russian and far eastern hair exclusively.

How much do you know about hair extensions? If you are not an expert, perhaps reading books/articles on them, make sure you know as much as possible. You may even find books/articles on how they are made etc that book may also lead to knowing which countries are best to source from etc.

Why are you looking for a UK supplier then? It doesn't seem like a viable business model. Salon professionals will just buy from the UK supplier without your markup.

You need to find a manufacturer (likely overseas), create a brand and import your own goods. Try looking on www.alibaba.com for a start.

Alternatively look to suppliers in other countries who have a successful brand which is not available in the UK. You can approach them about becoming their UK distributor.
