Google Shopping reviews?

Does anybody know how you get product reviews to show up in Google Shopping search results? We know our products have been reviewed on a couple of websites but they are not appearing on Google (the review sites are used by Google for other reviews). Is there any way to force Google to find and refer to these reviews or is it another one of those "strange secrets" of Google?

[eg. search for "wigwam placemat" in Google Shopping, gives the website name but no reviews]
