So, on from my previous issue where they were emailing customers telling them that they had features on Workspace they didn't, they are at it again.
New to the Workspace family is Vids. Looks good and when I found out they had released AI Avatar, where you can create a talking head/host I became really interested.
This has been announced by G on several platforms, including their own product pages, so, when I contacted support to say that specific feature was missing, they said 'lets fiddle a bit and switch it on for you - wait 24 hours and try it'.
26 hours later, not working, back to support 'Ah, sorry. give it another 24 hours....'
Another 24 hours and it is a different story.
Why do they do this ? For me, it is another nail in the coffin for my relationship with them!

- it isn't included in your plan (yes it is - here are the links)
- it isn't available yet (yes it is, here are G pages saying it is)
- it is available, but only on the special plans (so why does it say that it is on several G pages, videos, blogs etc?)
Why do they do this ? For me, it is another nail in the coffin for my relationship with them!
