First vat return via gov web site

Looking for some info I’m making my first vat payment via the .gov site
I’m using the flat rate scheme and we have worked out what we need to pay Hmrc
Do we just input what we need to pay in
Box 1

Just a simple retail store in Uk doing trade in uk

You put the amount to pay HMRC at the correct FRS% in box 1, you also put your total sales including VAT in box 6.
