Hi there, I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.
I'm in a position with my Ltd company - It was incorporated on 17/12/2012, however it has never traded. I understand that I must make a return to HMRC as the company has existed for over a year now, it that the case?
I trade as a sole trader and have done for some 8 years now, and wish to continue the same way.
The Ltd company has no bank account yet, has had no income, and the only expense was the charge for setting the company up.
I have had a letter from HMRC (Annual Return Reminder) stating my annual return is due, by 14/01/2014 (12 days from today)
I understand accounts will become due 21 months from incorporation that's on or before 16 September 2014.
Can anyone help and advise me if I can do the required return myself?
Thanks
Jane
