Hiya
Our regular overseas supplier has supplied us with a batch of faulty goods. We paid upfront for the goods as that is the term of our relationship with them, and this is not normally an issue.
We have sent photos of the fault and requested a credit on account, but the supplier is refusing. The goods are not saleable. They are also unwilling to replace the goods with a non faulty batch.
What are our options regarding pursuing this? Given that it is an overseas company can we still pursue it through the small claims court (the purchase value was less than £2.5K)?
Thanks
