Facebook Marketplace - questionable listings - what am I missing here?

On Facebook Marketplace listings for things like a 2 storey children's playhouse for £79 fibre glass whirlpool spas for £110 and 3m aluminium gazebo for £118. Clearly fraudulent listings with fraudulent prices.

This cannot be good for Facebooks integrity (yes I know ) but why let thousands of these through the net. What am I missing?

It's a problem that is getting worse...and Marketplace has never been the most trustworthy of locations to start with. Even a lot of the paid for ads Facebook have are very dodgy/scam like.
