Hi everybody,
I hope this message finds you well! My name is Andrea, and I’m part of a team of four MSc students from Imperial College London, where we’re studying Applied Machine Learning and Signal Processing. We’re currently exploring how small and medium businesses manage their operational processes to offer a better solution.
We’re especially interested in understanding the day-to-day challenges businesses like yours face, especially when it comes to managing things like accounting tasks or workflows. I was wondering if you’d be open to sharing your experiences—what’s been working well, what hasn’t, and how you approach solving those kinds of problems?
