Hello,
I'm new to this forum, and would like to offer my help to any businesses that feel they may have been misled by an energy broker when agreeing business energy contracts.
There is a lot of sharp practice in the energy brokering space, with a lot of brokers (even some really big names) not being transparent about their fees, and not necessarily acting in the best interests of the client. I'd like to make it very clear that not all brokers are mis-selling, some brokers do an excellent job for their clients, but as its an unregulated industry, a large portion are spoiling it for the good ones, and it is getting very difficult for businesses to know who the good guys are.
I represent Quantum Law LLP, and we are currently reviewing amounts made by energy brokers, and helping businesses take action against rogue brokers. If we take your case forward to a claim, then we operate on a no-win, no-fee basis. Quantum Law have been operating since 2008, and are currently representing many clients with claims of this matter.
I've read some of the less than complementary comments some people have said about tackling broker mis-selling on this forum, but if done with the right expertise and legal arguments then it's something that can be argued, and I'm more than happy to help anybody who feels they may have been mis-led. I also know that many brokers are operating on here, I hope that they don't feel threatened by this post (unless they are operating unscrupulously of course).
I hope I've broken no rules in posting this, if so please feel free to delete the post.
Regards
Mark
