We currently use an email marketing system but I'm looking into other service providers. Can anyone recommend such a company?

Have you considered online systems such as GetResponse? Spam is such an issue now that these systems are probably more cost-effective.

We use campaign monitor. It gives great stats, on who's read your email etc. And then you can use off the shelf templates or get a company like us to design a bespoke one.

We have our own system as well for corporate clients where we can either setup templates for you to use or we can build bespoke designs for you.

Just to confirm, we have our own mailing lists/databases and templates. We're literally just looking for a system to send and manage around 40,000 emails a month.

Hi there

I use ListMessenger (list messenger dot com) as I design our own templates and input our own contact lists via csv files.

Really good, easy to implement and manage.

Not so hot on reporting procedures however but if that doesn't concern you then go for it!

Have you looked at MailChimp? Excellent reporting, functionality and price.

I'd recommend sending a sample of e-mails to test it (which is totally free too).

I use Intelligent Mailer. Easy to use, does what it says on the tin. Cheap to buy and their techies were very helpful getting the system set up. Would definitley recommend.
