INTELEBIZ ONLINE STORES (ECOMMERCE) FEATURES
Product Catalogs
Your website will have a menu driven well organized product catalog (**we will show you a few samples for this). The users can browse through and see all of the products and their specifications/details. Every product will have a detailed page with the following major details
- Product details / specifications
- Large Detailed image
- Price (for purchase)
- Pickup and delivery cost (if applicable)
Shopping Cart (For product purchase)
The shopping cart will include following major features
- Browse Catalog by category, search term, list etc
- See products details (product specifications, price etc)
- Add (multiple) products to shopping cart, empty cart, change quantity etc
- View related items, if the customer purchases a printer we can show him the cartridges to buy.
- Discount Codes/Coupon Codes: This will be a backend (CRM) related feature. The admin can set the discounts/offers based on various parameters.
e.g.
1. If the customer purchases for more than $2000, he's eligible for 5% discount or free shipping etc
2. If it's an existing customer and he's purchased for more than $5000 in 1 month, then he's eligible for some offer.
Many such custom offers/discount deals can be managed by the admin.
- The customer will need to register (Signup) if he's new. Or he can also use his existing user id / password (Sign in).
This will make it easier for the customer to store his/her shipping address/billing address with us. He can also see his/her previous orders, their status, trouble/support tickets etc.
The customer can either pay by credit cart on the website (we can use Verisign, Paypal, Authorize.net etc for credit cart processing), or you could charge their credit cards later on (offline).
Customer Section
Every customer will be given a user id and password. They can manage their orders from here.
- Purchase product (this will take them to the shopping cart)
- Shipment status: - The customer will view the updated status of any order placed by them.
- Payment history: - The customer will view history of all payments made by them.
- Credit Card Information (Optional): - They can store their credit cart information on their account so that you can charge their cards at month ends. This information will be encrypted and will only be available to the administrators.
- Trouble/Support tickets: If the client has any query or problem, they can open support tickets. This will be show to you at the back office. Any updates on these will be show to the client on the login and also at their email
Back office (CRM & Order Fulfillment) System
This system is the Administrators and all the back office users.
This is a login based system.
The major functions performed here would be.
1. Administration
Administrative tasks like user managements etc. The administrator has the full rights and will be creating users with limited rights (access to information/ activities etc)
2. Products/Services
Manage products, their prices, set products for lease, set lease price, set minimum lease period, set products active/inactive etc.
3. Customer
Check Customer details, orders placed by the Customer, trouble ticket, email of the Customer etc
4. Orders
Order details like products purchased / leased, payment status etc
5. Payments
Recharge credit card of expiring orders, schedule credit card recharge, see payment history of customer/orders
6. Shipment
Update the customer about his shipment details
7. Inventory
Maintain an inventory of the products available. This will be automatically updated when a product is purchased or leased and when a product is returned after lease.
8. Reports
Various reports on financials, CRM, stock, market trends etc.
9. Emails
Respond to customers emails, Send automated mails (e.g. send a mail when the customer purchases an item etc). Send promotional mails like discount coupon codes to all dear customers. Send newsletters etc.
10. Trouble Tickets
The customer can easily contact you for any issues from the website login. You can answer their queries from here. This will also send a mail to the customer that his/her question is answered.
11. Enquiries
All the enquiries sent to you will be seen here. You can respond to them at this interface.
12. Discount Codes/Offers
You can manage special coupon codes and discount codes.
e.g. an existing Customer places and order at the website and now he calls you for price negotiation. After negotiating the price you can generate a coupon code and send it to the Customer so that his purchase amount becomes what youve settled down to. i.e. if the total order amount is for $2000 and the Customer asks you for some discount, you can give him any fixed amount discount (say $500), or give him a discount of 25% or out rightly change the amount to $1500.
13. Purchase Order
You can also create purchase orders for Customers who would like to place the order over the phone, or for Customers who have sent you their requirements and asked for evaluation/quote.
