Dummy's alternative to Mail Chimp?

I've used Mail Chimp very little over the past couple of years and now have a customer list that just pushes us into the payable bracket. It may be my infrequent use and subsequent failure to bother learning exactly how it works but I find it cumbersome and over complicated.

I downloaded BREVO, a FREE alternative but can't work out how to copy and paste a list of email addresses, nor make any sense of the Help page advice:confused:

We don't need contact addresses, Linkedin, website, inside leg measurement etc., for our customers, just a facility to send a simple email - maybe templated - or with a PDF attachment.

I use Mailjet for the UKBF newsletter which meets my needs these days; sigificantly cheaper than what I was paying Mailchimp (MailChimp was just under one and half grand a month for the UKBF newsletter, Mailjet is just under couple hundred quid).

    Cheers Ozzy........

We only have around 1500 potential recipients so our costs will be minimal compared to yours. I'm looking for simplicity first and foremost...

If using a WP website, look at ACYmail or Mailpoet.

For a power system, look at Mautic.

Use something like Amazon SES for sending, which cost a few pence per thousand.
