Yes AllUpHere I'm still considering going with the show site at the garden centre because it's a very busy place & if it's not too expensive it would be a good source of local work & give us a bit of of local credibility.

I have been involved in helping to arrange many such deals for clients, as such alliances are often a substantial part of the kind of work I would do for businesses like yours.
The first piece of advice I would give you is to make sure you cover your own interests for the longer term. It's very easy for the garden centre owner to see what you are doing as a profitable addition to his business, and simply cut you out. When building up a reputation and good will, you can easily be known as 'the Driveway company at the garden centre'. This makes it incredibly easy for you to be replaced by anyone else who gets the same 'pitch'. You need to make sure you build a brand that is bigger than the area you use as a show site.
Have you already considered this problem / formulated any solutions? I'm happy to point you in the right direction, but don't want to spend time telling you what you already know.
