Hi,

I am looking to open a retail store for Fashion jewellery and fashion accessories, and just wondering, if someone could refer me to some of the places/sort of places, i should be checking out in order to get some display stuff..

Look in the back of The Grocer magazine. Lots of companies offering stands etc

Depends on the style of your shop and jewellery. We displayed all our jewellery in glass cabinets (some from Argos £180 each and some from Ikea (£70) each.

We got jewellery stands from 3D Display http://www.3ddisplays.co.uk and Noble Gift Packaging www.noblepackaging.com for jewellery boxes, bags, tissue paper, etc (they both supply brochures which were handy when planning the shop).

Many of the jewellery shops in London that sell your kind of jewellery (guessing its still fashion/beads) display them using slatted boards with display rods (take a look at www.morplan.com for this stuff).

For Display Cabinets I don't think you'll find a better supplier than Rockingham Display. They have loads of experience in Point of Purchase so can probably give you loads of tips and stuff too.

For small stands and packaging, I'd recommend http://www.packagingworld.co.uk. They lean more towards the packaging, but have a good selection of costume jewellery stands too.
