Diligence on Chinese companies

Hello guys

I'm into International consultancy and I just got a client who wants (legal, financial and management) diligence services on secretive Chinese construction company which I just found out is just another state owned enterprise so chances of getting anywhere would be zero for obvious reasons.

My business is small and I don't have the resources but thought I should outsource this to a more established specialised UK or US based company.

Any thoughts or recommendations?

Its really good thought to appreciate that since you are the small concern you can better go for outsourcing of your project .
