Hello there. Is having a dedicated ip address benefecial for SEO?

Some say yes others say no, just like most things SEO

an IP for SEO only is unlikely to pass the justification requirements for an IP address these days as the pool of remaining IPv4 addresses is as good as exhausted now.

The only benefit I'm aware of is a reduced chance of sharing an IP address or IP address range with sites that are considered spam. Don't know for sure but I suspect that's a pretty small part of ranking signals nowadays, with link profile and other aspects having a much stronger effect.

Absolutely not. If you are doing anything which you think you should hide your IP address to do....you probably shouldn't be doing it.

You only need dedicated C class IP addresses for your different sites if you are trying to build a private blog network for backlinking/SEO purposes. Otherwise Hostgator or such is just fine!

You might need one if you want to enable https on your site which might marginally improve your SEO. Otherwise, no.
