Dealing with multiple Google Ads accounts?

I have several websites (three at the moment) and each one has its own Google account for Google Ads, Google Search Console and Google Analytics. I was wondering what people did with things like this? I want to keep all of the websites separate because they are entirely different but at the same time having to log out and log back in again is a pain in the bum so I was wondering what people did in this situation?

Think of Google accounts, and google services as two completely different things;

A google account is what you login to google with. You only need ONE of these.

The following are all services;
Google Ads
Analytics
Search Console
GMail
Drive
etc etc

The mistake it sounds like you made is thinking that to use the services on different websites, you needed multiple google accounts. You don't.

Whenever you create a google account you can then use those services. The services exist in their own right, and your account simply has access to them.

In term of untangling your current situation....just make sure that in analytics, google ads, and search console your chosen google account has full access to everything it needs. Once you have done that, you should never need to login to the other accounts again.

Create an MCC account and link it to all three Google Ads account, by using this format: send a linking request from MCC to the individual account, and accept from the individual account. The format matters. When completed, log in to your MCC, and you'll see all three ads account there.

For Google Analytics, use the email you used for the MCC to create a Google Analytics account, then add that email address from the three individual GA accounts by sending an invitation from the individual one. Now you can access all three with just one log in.

I haven't worked with Search Console, but can image it works in similar fashion.
