Dead link checker - Certain links

I now screaming frog etc will check your site's external links. However is there a service that I can add say 6 different links to and it will periodically check them for 404s. I say this, as there are some links within some elearning courses that are embedded into a LMS. So these tools wouldn't be able to check the outbound links.

I guess I can just click all the links every so often to check but be nice if a robot did it for me!
