Customer Service with a decent mobile app

Can anyone recommend a decent integrated Customer Service app that has a good reliable mobile app available? Needs email and Live chat to be available and functioning well mobile.

One of my clients is getting through these at a rate of knots... almost all falling down when it comes to mobile live chat and email. It worked reasonably well with Help Scout for email and Crisp for live chat, but Help Scout have their heads firmly in the sand on a mobile chat solution. He would like to get the whole Support system under one application.

Currently Thrivedesk is failing ... Looked at Gorgias this morning but with a mobile app rated at 1.7 out of 5 on the Apple store that doesn't look too hopeful!

There are some potential solutions, but the monthly rate per seat is scaring us off.

Any potential solutions with realistic rates for a small business appreciated.

Will put my head out a little and say anyone with a decent mobile app is going to be on the more expensive monthly rate per seat as it would need to be a fully custom app made which isn't cheap.
