had a shopping cart in the package, easy to uploads products. If this is helpful at all.

123reg sites are terrible, the search engines hate them you are better off getting a zen cart store built, or even using something like EKM

opencart software is pretty good as well as using some wordpress shopping plugins (depending on volume of product) I have done a lot of online stores before and found most of them can be done for very little money as long as you do the research.

The main part is getting traffic to the site more than anything else.
