Conversion tracking PayPal off site then returning to thank you page

I am looking for a developer with a track record in resolving Adwords conversion tracking when working with a Wordpress site

it all goes through bookify (bookifyapp.co.uk).

Paypal redirects back to the site once payment has been processed, there is a specific 'Thank you' page which it redirects to.

My developer asked me for help and I can't find any reliable links to help so we are looking for external assistance with this.

Is it just the thank you page you want or conversion tracking as well?

If it's the thank-you page you need the 'return' variable: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/c...htmlvariables/#paypal-checkout-page-variables

The 'cancel_return' variable will return them to a cancelled order URL.

If you want to capture all transaction data use IPN or in-context checkout:

We've seen problems with AdWords where the referrer is always recorded as PayPal and we haven't seen any reliable fixes for this anywhere.

It's just the conversion tracking we have the thank you page plus Goals in GA already

We've since implemented changes with the site and Bookify and I'll update in a few days/weeks to report on the success when we have enough data
