China RMB value increased do much effect on international business?

Hi,dear all,

RMB value increased so quick that i feel business become harder than before.
Since the labor cost,raw material and all other things'price rise quickly,our quotation rises accordingly.It directly leads to hard business.

Although we put much effort on R&D,taking part in Electronic Fairs such as Guangzhou Caton Fair this April,and we put 7 years ad on alibaba.com and some other B2B webs,we still find our orders from outside China become less.

How to resolve this problem? Any suggestions?

You problem is not just caused by the appreciation of the RMB but also the economic problems in the US and Europe.

If I was a Chinese exporter I would look at supplying the domestic market or even the African / Middle Easten Markets. These markets would need a different approach to marketing your products.

Businesses always need to adapt.
