If there's enough feedback to produce a separate section, it wouldn't be too much trouble to add.Just curious if people would like to see somewhere to talk about issues related to charities and non-profits.
I want a separate forum for Tagalog Speaking British Architects in the Lake District, with Lupus, orientated towards Scottish Housing Developers! . . . But will make do with UKBF as it is!

Isn't that a bit too niche? Then I want one for Japanese-speaking one-legged database developers who run side businesses!
The big advantage being is that there is no one else to fall-out with! I used to have wonderful conversations with my dog, but sadly he died earlier this year.I get my own forum then?
I could talk to myself, I make so much sense, it's almost too much to bear at times!!!!
Well you would have thought so by the amount of burglary's they haveIsn't ROLEX registered as a 'Charity?'
Doubt it would work, hardly has a leg to stand on as an idea. Then I want one for Japanese-speaking one-legged database developers who run side businesses!
All of these topics can be discussed in currently existing forums. There are significant differences between charities and full-fat capitalist organisations that they might want to discuss. Stuff like the requirements of the charity commission, defining charitable purposes, charity law, funding methods, finding donors, sponsors and organising funding campaigns, working with the private sector, finding volunteer trustee and forming trustee boards, recruiting, organising and motivating staff volunteers, distribution of benefits, tax and VAT recovery, finding help. Etc.
I agree, and whilst thisWell….I don't think you should dismiss the idea out of hand.

Depends whether you have enough people here that run charities or are interested in doing it.
