Can't watch or reply to one thread

While everything else seems to be working fine, if I try to watch or reply to this thread, it doesn't work. The bar in the top right with the moving boxes which usually shows something is happening briefly flashes on screen, but then nothing.

Hmm, it seems to be working okay for me. What browser are you using?

Chrome. But as I can watch other threads I assume it is not a browser problem.
