Brand Authorisation: Level 2 Distributor

First time posting on here and really hoping for some advice for a start up!

I own a company called Self Care Kit - I ship out Self Care Packages to individuals across the UK. These include branded products that I have purchased from the UK highstreet and I've recently been able to 'upgrade' to buying from a wholesaler.

My main source of income is through TikTok shop however, I've recently ran into a problem. TikTok shop won't allow me to add any additional products until I get a distributor authorisation from the supplier of one of the branded products in the box.
As a UK buyer, from a UK wholesaler, with a Proof of Purchase invoice and stock images, it's my understanding that I'm legally able to resell the products based on this evidence. TikTok however are after:

2nd Level Authorised Sellers are sellers who have:

A 'Letter of Authorisation' or 'Distribution Letter' issued by the Trademark Owner directly to the 1st Level Authorised Seller; and A 'Letter of Authorisation' or 'Distribution Letter' directly from the 1st Level Authorised Seller.

Note: Both 'Letter of Authorisation' or 'Distribution Letter' must include:

-->The date on which the 1st or 2nd Level Authorised Seller's authorisation expires; and

-->The authorised brand's trademark information.

I am struggling to find a wholesaler who has this information to hand. Please may I have some advice on the next steps?

It's TikTok's platform, they make the rules. They probably don't understand, nor care about UK law in this regard.

Find a better sales channel.

Agree with @DontAsk - You are very unlikely to get those letters of authority from the wholesaler. Which means you may need to find a different platform to sell your products. Or you ask the wholesaler how much it would cost to get the letters of authority for each product. I suspect this won't be cheap, more likely to be thousands rather than a few hundred as you would need permissions for each branded product.

Thanks for your reply! I understand that thems the brakes in terms of policy. My question was more around whether there were any wholesalers that anyone may be aware of that offer the documents that TikTok requested.
