Thank you to everyone who has sent me messages. I’m genuinely grateful for your support.

I want to share my new idea and would love to hear your thoughts. As you know, I’ve faced some challenges personally and health-wise, but I’m determined to try again.

Please provide honest feedback, positive and negative. Thank You

    Plan -

    Hello everyone again!

I am excited to introduce a new venture focused exclusively on British luxury and lifestyle. As part of our offering, we're considering a concierge service that provides personalised product recommendations tailored to your preferences & using AI. How important is a personalised shopping experience to you, and what features of a concierge service would make your luxury shopping more enjoyable and convenient? Your feedback is crucial in helping us shape a service that truly meets your needs. We greatly appreciate your time and insights. Thank you!

Partnering with top-tier suppliers is our goal. I'm considering how to convince them to collaborate with a newer business. I'm confident in demonstrating how our partnership will enhance their brand rather than dilute it, but I'm happy to hear from you if you have ever approached a high-end brand and any feedback.

    Thanks
    NewOP

    Why AI?

No idea if your idea will work. It’s not new, this sort of thing has been around for a long time. I remember seeing adverts back in the 80s when I worked in London.

    Dear Fisicx,

Thank you for your reply -

AI can analyse customer preferences, behaviours, and views, enabling more targeted marketing campaigns. Also, I know this isn't a new concept, but I want to build upon existing ideas and would appreciate any feedback on my approach. I understand this won't be easy and requires refinement, so I welcome all input.

    Thank you.New OP

    But....

...we're considering a concierge service that provides personalised product recommendations

Which suggests I'll be talking to a real person who will then go away and find me the perfect Rolex. That person may use AI in their search but I don't need to know. It's the person I want to deal with not an AI tool.

If I'm not meeting with a person over lunch (which you pay for) then I have no need of your services.

Can you speak Hermès and get a blue Birkin Bag to my wife on Monday?

I'd expect that from a luxury concierge, and I want a named contact whom I can call at any time, 24/7/365.

No I don't want to know about AI, I want a luxury service, not Alexa.

Do you have the right contacts to make things like this happen, or are you thinking more of taking people around Selfridges and pointing at stuff? All the big stores offer personal shoppers who'll do that for free already.

AI is simply a different part of the business

Some of the software we used in Nosto is an example of this.

The concierge service is a paid service that will help time-poor individuals manage items for themselves or their loved ones. We will offer this service both in the UK and abroad.

A lot of tweaking is required and I am trying to find the right balance - appreciate your feedback

Hi Nick, I cannot assist with Hermes, but can source a Birkin bag for you :)

Only if you are willing to pay a premium I may be able to deliver by Saturday.

Please note that this business can't deal with ultra luxury items such as Birkin bags, Patek Philippe Audemars Piguet watches, or Rolex. The key here is to working with "British Brands & Services" which will make us different.

    Like what?

    If it's not ultra-luxury, why do I want/need/pay for a concierge?

But I only wear hand made Italian suits when I visit the UK in my gulfstream so you are of no use to me. I want my concierge to arrange a new summer wardrobe and get me a test drive in the new Range Rover and book me a table at some posh restaurant.

I don’t want your software or AI, I want a person to do all the work. That’s how the luxury concierge service works. Spend some time in a London hotel and you will see them all scurrying around.

get me a test drive in the new Range Rover

I was wandering around a mall last week, and my wife spotted a car display - "That looks cute, we should buy one, it's just the right size."

No, we didn't buy one, but I'd recommend a test drive.

Ask your concierge to arrange one.

Sorry, seeing as you seem to be disagreeing with some of the above, can you tell me exactly who would use your service - and when and why?

Say I agree to sign up to your service - tell me what kind of individual I am, what kind of wealth I have, and then talk me through where you would fit into my life in a typical day or typical week?

Right now I'm completely confused what you're offering.
