I have just looked through my aol favourites list and what a mess it is. Can anyone please tell me if there is any software available to organise bookmarks and favourite links?
:?:

I have the same Trouble with AOL, the others on here told me to use Firefox browser as it's got an organiser thing on.

I will have a look, but what would be great is something like outlook that you can access and sort out your faveourites maybe add some notes etc.

Come on software guys lets get something designed. I'm up for doing something new, who else is?

There is some software. It's called Mac OS X.

In all honesty, I couldn't find anything that would do what you want. Although, as Jayne said, Firefox would be advisable.

Well if it can't be found and it is something that is needed or wanted then if there is a software person outhere who is willing to help design something then PM me.

IE and firefox may have good faves organisers but between aol, firefox, IE thats just too much swapping and changing from one browser to another, what is needed is software that can log your faveourites from all of them as soon as you add a fave to which ever browser. It should also allow to add notes.
Does this sound a better option?

Hi,

try a search on download.com, loads of apps on there when you searchfor favourites.

Personally I would stop using the AOl browser, I used to work for em (flame away) and your better off just using the connections and then running IE of Firefox as it just uses IE anyway (well it used to up to version 8 if thats the one I worked with)

Just use one then :) I use firefox, the odd site that doesnt display properly, I'll use IE, I wouldnt use AOL if it were the last ISP on earth - just my personal opinion of course.

yes, interestring poing.
Esp as i have several hundred links myself now. It would be great if they could be kept in a centralised folder so any browser could access then :-)
