Best Online Excel Courses

Can anyone recommend a good online learning course for Excel? I'm not a total novice but by no means a expert

Have you tried udemy.com? Plenty of excel courses on there and they normally have deals where you can get courses discounted to $10.

More often it's worth to use some free advices like youtube than some paid sources. Many time you get yourself into an autopilot when buy some piece of knowledge. Paying for knowledge didn't get you an expert, searching and effort is the key. So instead of asking what to do, get back and tell us what interesting about Excel did you find.

If you do a search this has come up before in this forum, so you'll find plenty of suggestions in the old post.

For online courses BitsDuJour can have good deals, which give you access to providers like Udemy, but at a much lower price.

I've used it to get some Udemy courses myself, they were much cheaper than going direct.

While seeking out free advice and help online can work, I think structured courses can be useful too, especially if that method works for you. You can then get a proper grounding without gaps if the course is good.

I've always found Excel courses to be tailored to the organisation supplyng the training and not neccesarily the kind of spreadsheets you might want to create or discuss, even if they promise to work with you for years after. If you have ideas in mind that you want to try, for example a formula or technique that you're not sure how to use - the forum at http://www.mrexcel.com/ is always outstanding! The guys there are really helpful (although it's wise to read the guidelines!) HTH

Agree 100%! You have already paid for access to the internet and that's really all you need Especially about Excel....the soft itself has a great guide

Lynda have some really good tutorials and they are quite cheap for what you get. You can get a 7 day free trial I think to try them out to see if you like them or not.
