Best Expenses App for small business

Which expenses apps have you found work well? If they can let us submit VAT as per the HMRC changes in April too, so much the better. We obv have looked at QuickBooks - good, but seems to be overkill for us, we don't need 70% of the functionality. We tried Shoeboxed as it had good reviews, tried it on a trip last week and it had so many technical problems and we risked losing copies of the receipts, we removed it at the end of the first day.

My brother used Zoho Expense and was very pleased with this app.

I use Rydoo (used to be called Xpenditure). An excellent application and it is integrated with FreeAgent
