hi,

just wanted some advice on a b2b contract.

What are my rights to cancel within a 'cooling off period' the contract doesnt actually state they is a cooling off period, but surely the law must state i should have one?

any advice is greatly appreciated

thanks

Adwords is essentially Pay-as-you-go - you open an account, load it and then top it up as you need to. There isn't a rolling contract as such.

Have you been contacted by a company who claim to guarantee the top 3 places in Google via Adwords? There are a few of these about who purport to be Google but aren't.

hi,

yes its an unlimted click adword listing for certain keywords.

Seems good up to now and they havnt claimed to be part of google. I also spoke to some previous customers who seemed happy.

The cooling off period i wanted to know about was just incase i needed to take advantage.

thanks

I also got some calls who claim to guarantee top 10 place appearing the first 3pages, however ,they are the third party, not google's employee, They explored a kind of sofeware which can let your web appears on the first 3 or 2 even one page! Does it work really? i am confused so refuse their service.

I didn't mean for it to come across as patronising at all, apologies if it did. :)

If I can just step in to mediate for our moderator :-) and say to thekaver that what OWG has done is something I often do, ie say something that whilst nominally addressed to the person who started the thread, is really intended not just for his eyes, but to clarify and stress key points for anyone else who is reading it. This Forum helps and informs everyone who reads the threads and sometimes stating the obvious is useful given people may only skim the messages. Welcome on board thekaver and hope its a long stay.
