B2B advertising through rented office spaces?

HI

I was wondering if anyone has been successful in advertising your services to businesses through the rented office spaces, such as Regus?

There are a few around and I have been emailing but it's difficult to get to the right person.

The office service near me offers call answering (which I do not offer) so I am not in competition with them, but rather enhancing the clients experience by also being offered a local admin/PA service.

I wondered about getting hold of a list of businesses currently using my local Regus for example or perhaps even just leaving some flyers, and I'm not sure if the best way is to target the businesses directly or to try to work with the provider/Regus..

Do a postcode search for the local serviced office. That should help you get the company details or type the address in on a search engine.

Leaving leaflets won't work because the landlord will probably just remove them.

I think you would be best off though approaching the manager for the building and seeing what they say. It might be that although they don't offer some of the services you do, they may have a contract with another firm which the tenants get at a preferential rate.
