We do have IE installed for web testing and still has the toolbar, so if you need us to test, fire away.

Do you also have a Google+ account?

If so, make sure you are signed out of your account before trying this.

Click on the little arrow next to the spanner on your Google toolbar, then click Report a Toolbar Issue.

Have a look at the feedback form it generates and see if your gmail address is included?

Tried that, just has blank box for us to fill in the "tell us what is happening" then it automatically ticks the "include this URL" and also tick "include this screenshot". "additional information" I had a quick scan but cannot see our gmail address.
