Anyone dealing with waste transfer notes yet?

Came across the new digital waste tracking rules while reading up on something unrelated and got a bit curious about it. If you're running a skip hire or waste collection setup, how are you handling transfer notes at the moment — still on the paper book, or has anyone moved to something else already?


Mainly wondering if it's actually a hassle day to day or just one of those admin things you do without thinking about it much.

Is that 'digital waste' tracking rules or digital 'waste tracking' rules?

Your license issuer should be giving you the correct online tools to do this if they have migrated to the digital reporting system. As far as I know its not fully operational yet

We’re still using paper for most of it, although I can see the benefit of moving to digital. It’s mainly about keeping everything organised and making sure the records are completed consistently. Once it becomes part of the routine, the admin isn’t too bad.
