Any coaster printers in here?

Hi there

anyone know any coaster manufacturers/printers in UK

looking to get some harboard coasters printed (90mm x 90mm). Probably initially want about 5000 done (split between 8 designs) Currently sublimate but curious as to how much another method would cost if they still will have a nice shiny bright finish.

I don't think there are many other options to get the same finish as sublimation. If you could use a different finish then there are alternatives but generally cheaper looking. Do you print them sublimation yourself?

Yup currently do them myself or get someone to do it which is ok but a bit faffy with the taping the coasters in position then the untaping after press though got a couple of ideas to get around this. Just would like to know the cost of getting them printed in a different way as looking to get a wholesaleable margin which is difficult with sub blanks bought in uk.

Waiting on some quotes from China for coasters but think the Min quants might be bigger than i would want to risk right now and think the proofing might be a bit of a mission due to the distance though also getting some sublimation blank quotes which if the price is right might be a solution.

Brite mats are okay but not a smooth surface. Can be cheap in larger quantities as well. There is a laminated version similar to the sublimation coaster but they don't like get wet much..... which isn't always great as a drink holder.
