Affiliate or Drop Shipping / Wordpress or Joomla

Just interested to find out what the general consensus is on here re whether you do Affiliate Marketing or Drop Shipping (or both) and whether you used Joomla or Wordpress to do the job (or something else).[FONT=&quot][/FONT]

If you use Drop Shipping then you are the point of contact with the customers. Advantages include that you can cross sell different products to the same customers - you can develop a customer base. Disadvantages include returning items, complaints, etc.

I would say that Affiliate Marketing requires a lot of niche research to find untapped potential.

Personally, I do affiliate marketing. It requires a lot of knowledge however, I recommend you stick to dropshipping.

As to wordpress or Joomla, wordpress easily, but I wouldn't use it for a shopping cart or anything.

Wordpress is usually a lot easier to set something up with than Joomla. Buy you've got to be very careful to keep updating it every time new releases come out, or else you'll get hacked.
