A website idea

I have a website idea for a target market of 12-17
It is for if teenagers want a paper round they could go to this website put there location in and it will come up with adverts from local newsagents for jobs for paper rounds and the ad will show the location, work hours and how much they would get paid per hour. (Ads be charged at ~50p)

Don't think it would be worth the effort,

1) They advertise in their own shop by putting a notice up for all the kids that come in at lunch times etc.
2) The number of viewers to your website would be extremely low, making it not worth the bother for the newsagent putting the add up in the first place.

Just my thoughts.
