Hey Guys,

As per the title, anyone sell digital products on Etsy? I think I have a good idea for a few ebooks and wanted to gage how people have done on their selling digitial?

I actually want to sell guides on how to get Amazon policy violations removed and accounts unrestricted. I think Amazon might frown on that.

Have you done some research on this? A Google search returns loads of videos, guides and other resources on this topic. None of them an ebook. And all free. Why would someone want to buy such a book?

@AmazonGeek might have some ideas about this.

Have you tried them to see if them work? The information is outdated.

My point was that people aren’t publishing the guides as an ebook because nobody is looking for an ebook. Create an up to date video and make money from the adverts and upselling your services.

I think this is probably closer to the mark. An ebook alone might be a hard sell, especially for something like Amazon policy issues where people want current information because things change all the time. If I was doing it, I’d probably use the ebook more as a lead magnet or a cheaper entry product, then offer a more detailed course or consulting service alongside it. The hard part is not creating the content, it’s getting people who actually need it to find you.
