Hi i set up my own cleaning business in sep 2018 i have my own regular clients and work by myself however it is getting that there are not enough hours in a day and i am turning ppl away i spoke to my business advisor regarding taking somebody on he said he would not go down the road of employing but maybe taking on another self employed cleaner and as long as they invoice me with any work they have done for me all is fine. and that they also do work for themselves otherwise under ir35 they would be classed as employed by me. does anybody have any info, or done done this themselves what do i put in the contract to whom i take on how do i cover it all in my books etc payouts etc. any advise would be great
