Hi there, I’ve been working offshore for some 15 years and I’m looking to start a small business at home offering a secure container storage facility that people would rent on a monthly / annual basis.
I thought this site may have some members with knowledge on what land I should be looking at to buy (commercial/industrial) and which people on the local council I would be wise to contact to in relation to my plans?
If anybody has any advice as to what route I would be looking at I’m all ears. I’m not planning world domination, just starting small with say 15 containers and working my way up to having a decent income when I knock the offshore game on the head.
