Hi all,
I would like to get some advice from the forum.
the company i work for, has been selling so far, its products from Ireland to the UK, via triangulation, as the HQ is in Madrid.
now, the company has hired a warehouse in the UK to manage the stock, so, the products will be delivered from HQ to this company and then deliver to clients via dropshipping.
So the question is, the company i work for in Ireland, needs to be registered in the UK for vat purposes? Does the company in Ireland need to be in the UK registered as a company? Or can the irish company registered as a non-resident VAt trading?
Sales are 2 million euros a year.
