I agree with bdw, although im no graphic designer, but its nice and simple, yet professional, I cant stand letter heads or company logos that are just clip arts from microsoft office etc so its nice to see you've taken the time to create a logo.
It conveys all the relevant info and leaves you...
Post it in this thread as an image, or upload it to photobucket and link to the image. You might need to convert it to a PDF, someone more technologiacally advanced will be along soon to advise how to get it into a thread if you cant work it out.
Unfortunatley the conversation with the customer advisor who stated they didnt know they they havent billed me was over the phone. It was them who told me to email the credit file referral section, who have been worse than hopeless.
But of help with a problem if you would be so kind.
My o2 contract came to an end and I decided to move to another network.
I cancelled the contract and was told I had paid my line rental a month in advance and would be sent a bill if there were any other charges.
I never heard from them...
I have to agree with the above, I think this is the phone with the slide out keyboard etc, its hardly suitable using on building sites and whilst plastering, get a cheapo nokia or a samsung solid, something designed for that sort of use.
I think this may be a common misconception, my understanding is they cant take anything that is 'essential' to the business, a car is not usually essential, it may be an inconvenience for the OP to take the bus or a taxi but thats as far as it goes.
If he were an ice cream man for example and...

There are hudereds and...
Agree with all the above, I would go on www.moneyclaim.gov.uk fill out all the details online and print a copy of the claim form with the details of your claim, save it online (it gives you this option) but dont submit the claim just yet or pay the fee.
Post a copy of the invoice, and the...
I part ex'd my house against a new build and had to have a full gas safety check done and get a certificate before the house builder would agree to the part ex. The gas engineer was a family member and did it for nothing, but his company do charge, if its just a check and certificate issue they...
I believe that the baliff can only not sieze ESSENTIAL items used for work, so computer other equipment, van, car etc would be a subjective opinion, based on the item.
I have known baliffs sieze work vans, cars, computers etc. Trade tools are a no no i believe.
They would for example sieze...
If he accepts fault, has he said why he wont fix it?
Does he accept fault, or does he accept that their IS a fault, there is a huge difference.
Is he simply saying that the boiler is faulty and it's down to the manufacturer, seems daft to accept fault with the installation but not do anything...
Electoral role maybe? It may only show that he / she was at the address at the last time of registering, but if someone else is now registered there instead it may be an indication he's not, unless of course he never registered.
Customer Street is a long running nightmare for hundreds of unwitting people.
Apparenly it has been sold to BT, im not sure if this is genuine or not. It could well be.
12 months ago if you googled customer street all you would get is result pages containing complaint after complaint.
It...
What discussion has taken place with the original installer so far, to the best of my knowledge you have to give them oppertunity to rectify the fault and within a reasonable amount of time, if they fail to do so you can then have the work done by another party and seek to recover the cost of...
