But of help with a problem if you would be so kind.
My o2 contract came to an end and I decided to move to another network.
I cancelled the contract and was told I had paid my line rental a month in advance and would be sent a bill if there were any other charges.
I never heard from them again until a couple of weeks ago when I got a letter from a debt collection agenct stating I owed o2 £26.
I rang up and paid it immediatley then contact o2 wanting to know why they had not sent me a bill or contacted me at all.
I was told that they didnt know why they hadnt billed me.
I then checked my credit file to find they had added a late payment mark.
I have since been exchanging emails trying to get them to remove it with no joy, I keep getting sensless responses saying things like our records indicate you didnt pay the bill within 14 days etc, they dont seem to be able to understand they never sent me any bills or other correspondance.
What can I do to get this removed?
