Avoid taking any notice of the very short term and focus more on the trend (especially if you've only been in the game 4 weeks). Its easy to go from feeling like master of the universe to the village idiot in a short space of time otherwise.

I imagine a 50% no show rate is very annoying! The last place I worked for (service industry, similar process) had probably 20-30% no show rate. Still very disappointing. I don't understand the mindset of people who do this!

I'm by no means an expert, but don't you need to consider the benefits for the buyers more than the sellers? Otherwise if your site is the same as others from a buyers point of view, then its just a case of who has the larger marketing budget?

Is it not just a case of you get what you pay for? If you use the lower end providers, you're probably going to end up with rubbish. Whereas more reputable SEO firms that cost a lot more, are more likely to deliver?
