    I think CubeCart is better, and does have the SagePay integration included (not custom skin to make it look the same as your site - you'll need a web developer for that). Plus CubeCart 4 has search engine friendly links, which gives your new site the best start with Google.

    Could your web host not restore them? If you recently noticed them disappear they may have a recent server back up with them. Otherwise, it does sound like they've gone.
