Will be £100 next year and £50 for the confirmation statement so I would get it done before then.
I don’t think £50 is expensive to set up a Ltd Company

But you still need to provide a confirmation statement to CH each year and your duties as a director don’t change just because it’s dormant.

I recommend paying now, before its more.

Some countries have crazy fees for companies, and I see the UK following suit, especially with the whole director ID shit

1. Absolutely zero.point in creating a limited company to sit dormant - register it when you are trading under it.

2. By NOT registering the limited company Every year it would have been dormant you would saving the filing fees and admin time !
