Hi all,

Does anyone know whether it's possible for Click & Drop to alert the seller/shipper that a parcel has been delivered?

I've played around endlessly with the API over the past few months and have lots of experience with integrations, I just wanted to know if anyone's aware of a feature like this? TIA.

Good luck with it!

Let me know how you get on
I thought I'd give you an update on TrackingMore...

Put simply, it's awful. For example, the clues are in the poor spelling or grammar here and there in the admin area but extend to their business practices. E.g. today they're offering "50% discount to new members. 50% off any plan until 31/12/2021". Only once you ASK do they let you know it's just for the first month ?. Oh and the payment will still say the full amount...it's just you've got to trust them they'll only bill you for half?! See below...

I've warned them that in the UK you cannot offer such vague and misleading discounts...

The Royal Mail tracking is only as good as what Royal Mail themselves can offer - so it'll say the parcel doesn't exist until it's been delivered. For DPD it's quite a bit better. Lots of customisation within the admin area.

It feels like a product that needs a team of developers to work through all the bugs for 3 months and overhaul the entire management team so they can offer a worthwhile service! I don't know where they're based but I think there's a language barrier too.

Avoid!

So to give a further dodgy update on TrackingMore...

They took a charge out on my card on 17/01 for around £15. When I asked for a refund (as they don't provide me with any service) they said that we have no account and no record of our existence. I demanded a refund and they told me to go away and pester my bank.

The call handler at our bank thinks it's a scam and initiated a chargeback.

I cannot understate how much this company should be avoided @Solve My Problem !

Hopefully the bank refunds quickly
