Any ideas how to start with £10k?

This just proves this forum is absolutely useless, I'm looking for positive feedback not bullocks.

Is this the same chap that started multiple threads about how to invest a big sum of money that got gradually bigger and bigger, and then eventually asked for “millionaires only” to give advice about how to invest £100,000?

Maybe a barber shop, car insurance company, Classified ads website or become a Plasterer.

How about a barber that also sells car insurance? It ensures a regular supply of potential clients and gives you a bit of steady cash-flow to boot.

Or how about a linked business.

Barber and wig seller?
Car dealership and car insurance business?
Marriage counsellor and fishing tackle business. :)

I have £10k to start a business, any advice? Thanks
If you need an income from the business immediately then buying an established business will be the only way.

A burger van, cleaning business, valeter, that sort of thing should be available at that sort of budget.

As for what it is, that really depends on your business experience and skills.

He doesn't have any of either as proven by his insightful posts like

2017 - "Any successful profitable businesses you can start with £5000?"

and

He's persistent - that's a start at least. Many people with actual real good ideas and insane skills give up after 5 minutes.

Hmmm... Persistent, to me would be having a go, f#cking it up. and coming back looking for ways to improve/rectify

Posting the same question twice in 3 years, ignoring constructive advice, presumably hoping for some kind of magic bullet is just plain lazy.

Give me your £10,000 we'll start together a LTD company and become a magnificant team of Locksmiths, I'll show you everything you need to know in the trade...

I'll teach you how to install the locks, sell addons while on site, i.e. key cutting... a great addon!!

I'll show you how to run the business, make money... £30.000 each per year... easily done!!

After 2 months...

Then, I'll shut down the LTD company via the Spongebob plan and take everything you've got... because you clearly have no idea what to do... All the replies on the other posts, and you're asking the same question... just with a different amount of cash... seriously get a grip! you're obviously far to lazy to work with anyone, never mind for yourself.

Is there any industry you would like to get involved in? You could start any number of businesses with 10k...

I would recommend e-commerce. Find a high margin, low competition product you can buy in bulk from China and sell on Ebay/Amazon for a profit. There's an idea; now you're going to have to do the hard work to set it up and find the golden egg products.

Wow, in all fairness, in his thread from November 2017 someone suggested that he bought BitCoins. They were valued around £5,000 at that specific moment. So he could have gotten himself 1 coin. He could have sold it at the max for £14,000 or today for £8.300. So there was a gem there! :D

Yip. Speculation is always profitable with the benefit of hindsight
