Door to door sales teams

Hello all,

We've set up a direct sales company over the last 12 months and we are now looking for more clients/products to work with either door to door, events or instore promotions.

We're currently doing lead generation for a national roofing company, however due to us expanding we're looking for more clients to rub alongside the client we already have.

Always a little suspicious when a "sales" person does not include links to the company web site in a post, in their profile, or even searchable in google!!!! Don't you want potential clients to know where to find you?

Not sure if you are actually in sales Bill but I disagree with you. If you are a direct sales company selling on products /services on behalf of another company the website that you would promote is that of that company and not your own. This I see was an initial post to see find those that may be interest in the OP's post. Getting more information can be gleaned via pm or telephone conversation from those that have interest.. No need to tell all and sundry. Keep your gunpowder dry matey

I'm not using this site for networking bill,
I'm using it to get a response.....
I'm using it To Cut to the chase ....

I get more of a response without links ...

If I had links posted everywhere then people wouldn't need to talk to me ....

That's certainly not what I'm trying to achieve here bill,

Everyone in business is in sales, either a product, a service or themselves.

I happen to believe in being up front with whoever I work with, which means giving as much information as possible, even if it's discretely (as in a forum profile).

Anyone who is a potential client or employer of mine is welcome to my CV and references, anybody can set up an account on a forum and say anything without being questioned, but would I do business with someone who won't be up front...never.

I didn't find you easily, in fact I didn't find you at all, all we have is a name on a profile.

Again, you are using the site for networking, and looking for customers, cutting to the chase would be easy, but you clearly don't want to hear that.

Would you be willing to market an online product (and ebook/bulletin to be exact) by getting people to sign up on paper on their doorstep, with the product subsequently being emailed to them? If so, I'd be very interested to hear. We are selling a product with an initial up front cost of £0.99, followed by a paid subscription, and are prepared to offer a £15-20 (depending on precise sales) commission for each successful transaction.
