Hello

i have decided to set up my company in the form of a limited company. I had a discussion with my accountant and he offered that he could file the incorporation for me.

However looking over a few threads I believe its a simple process to do by oneself?

If i do then I am going to be a single director and shareholder. Do i need to assign a value and number of shares at this time?

I assume i will need to manually post the form to companies house. I have seen a few companies do the process for you but am not sure about the various packages they offer and whats needed compared to what is nice to have!

Anyone have tips that help would be great :)

Cheers

Yes you can, the process is fairly straight forward.

Yes. Simply opt for 1 share at £1.

Don't do this manually, you can do this online and have the company up and running within a day or two.

Take a look at The Formations Company and to be honest all you need is the £4.99 option, all the other options are nice to have's.
