China
Hey,guys,I am a sales manager from China,Seems life is long and without a compass to me.Orders and products, products and orders, daily work start from 8 to 12 in night, having one day off every week,I dont even have enough time to improve my English or playing basketball, all I want to do now is sleeping all day long.
I've always wanna learn Franch or Spanish in near future.well...I dont know.
So how do you guys manage your own time?

I don't think we work as hard in the UK as you do in China, Japan or the US. I don't know how you do those hours.
documents, phone calls, meeting with clients, update our B2B website, develop potential client by writing email, maybe I will have one or two hours before 24:00 to listen music,Beatles,Robbin William,Richard Ashcroft and HIM are my favorite.I wanna know what the defferences are or how far the life quality between mine and yours.

I come on here, I play with the dogs and I praise the lord and thank him for all the joy in my life and pray for the strength to get through times that may come where life is to be most challenging.

You can't make more hours in the day so it's important to make sure that you actually create a schedule that allows you time to yourself. Life is not just about work and sleep, you need something to enjoy yourself. You need the work hard, play hard attitude.

Couldnt agree more.
Seems like there is a fly around,well,somewhere.Hummmmmmmmmmmmm.....you knew it and you really wanna strangle it with its gut.
And now you simply can stay where you are and dont know where the end of this is........
I got bills to pay and I wanna my family have a better life than others.
"You need the work hard, play hard attitude" thank you.

Still on 4 hour feeds ?

Sometimes it's much less than that  as she doesn't usually take much in any one go. Feeding's been the problem since day one but it's pretty much normal now. I've had some tw@t accuse/blame me for it as she's being bottle-fed as I'm on meds, but its just cos she was slightly early apparantly.
She's been home a couple of days now and has already taken over the household. Pink gifts, pink clothes, pink cards, baby toys, bottles, etc everywhere lol. everthings just pink, love it though:D

Gonna date with a girl this Sunday,it has been 2 years since last date.

Good luck casanova :D

To respond to your post, 8-12 is pure dedication. Respect to you.
In my spare time, which now suddenly seems a lot in retrospect, I usually write. Write stories, comedy pieces anything really. I love to write.

I used to keep a diary for several years. Never got past the middle of January in any of them so I suppose I used to keep a diary for a few months or something like that.

As for blogs, I don't do one, look at none.

I wrote diary when I was young but my father often stolen a glance at it,that made me crazy.
And when I was 18,I wrote a letter every day to my puppy love who is a lovely girl, that lasted for 2 years, well,it has been 10 years, hehe.I dreamed about her frequently.

I suggest you to change your job or work maximum 8 hours in a day, this the only way though which you can do any thing else and also take rest.
I do really want to change, but sacrifice is unavoidable,China is not a rich country at all, most of people are low paid from theirs job like 200-300usd per month,I earn comfortable income from what I do,then I have enough money to do what I want in the near future.
Unless you born with a silver spoon in China. My grandpa was a great teacher and Chinese traditional painter,my father and brother are all business man,I think I will live like this way for a very long time and this gonna be big part of my life, very big.

I work hard but also can't understand these crazy hours people are expected to put in for some companies. I hope their wage reflects this. It's important to have time for yourself.

Well,it's not.
If you work overtime no matter what you do,you are a worthy of salaryed employee, but the inverse is not.Cuz every body does, to pretend to be a good employee,so I have to dig deep to find something to do.:p
That happens in many companies in China.

Well that's not a great situation. To be honest it's pretty similar in England. You're not forced to work overtime but you won't look good next to the person that does work overtime

It's not about finding time. It's GETTING the Time. Try new everyday and explore what you think is interesting. You'll never know what joy it could bring. Try to breath - don't work so hard . Have you seen "Click" with Adam Sandler. Its a good watch.
